Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- จัดทำแผนงานโครงการและจัดทำงบประมาณโครงการและวงเงินสินเชื่อ วิเคราะห์งานโครงการ
- จัดทำทะเบียนคุมเช็คทั้งหมด เสนอผู้บริหารรับทราบทุกสิ้นเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานวงเงินสินเชื่อ เสนอผู้บริหารรับทราบทุกสิ้นเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุเจ้าหนี้ ลูกหนี้ เสนอ ผู้บริหารรับทราบทุกสิ้นเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานบริหารสภาพคล่อง Cash Flow
- จัดทำระบบโอนเงิน ผ่านInternet Banking ธนาคารทุกธนาคาร
- ควบคุม/ตรวจสอบรายงานการจ่ายเงินสดย่อย
- จัดหาและควบคุมการใช้จ่ายวงเงินด้านสินเชื่อของบริษัท และติดต่อประสานงานธนาคาร
- ประสานงานธนาคาร ผู้สอบบัญชี และแผนกอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวกับกับงานด้านการเงิน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า ใน สาขา การเงิน หรือ การบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5 - 10 ปี ในสายงานบัญชี/การเงิน
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจงานด้านการเงินและบัญชี
- มีความรู้งานโครงการ การวิเคราะห์งานโครงการ การสื่อสารประสานงานธนาคาร
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ และใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีทางการเงิน
- มีภาวะผู้นำ การเจรจาต่อรอง การบริหารทีมงาน
