Accountabilities

1. ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด ธุรกิจ และคู่แข่ง เพื่อจัดทำกลยุทธ์การขาย
2. ติดต่อ ประสานงานกับลูกค้าในการให้ข้อมูลบริการ ราคา และโปรโมชั่น เพื่อนำเสนอขายบริการแก่ลูกค้า
3. ติดต่อหาลูกค้ารายใหม่ เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้า และเพิ่มยอดขาย
4. วางแผนเข้าพบลูกค้า และจัดทำ Sales Materials, proposals และ presentations ประกอบการนำเสนอขาย
5. สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า
6. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในองค์กร เช่น ทีมการตลาด ทีมบริหารสัญญา และทีมสรรหา เพื่อให้งานสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
7. ดำเนินการสรรหา และคัดเลือกบุคลากรตามความต้องการของลูกค้า (งาน Recruitment) รวมทั้งติดตามความคืบหน้า เพื่อปิดการขายได้ตามเป้าหมาย
8. สรุป วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำ Sales reports นำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารและการประชุมต่าง ๆ
9. จัดทำฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า และปรับปรุงข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ

1. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบริหารธุรกิจ / การจัดการ / การตลาด / นิเทศศาสตร์ / ทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปี ในธุรกิจ Recruitment Agency หรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีทักษะการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง บริการลูกค้า และสามารถแก้ไขปัญญาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
4. มีทักษะในการปฏิสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารที่ดี และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
5. มีความเข้าใจในงาน Recruitment Agency และงาน Outsourcing
6. มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และวางแผน การทำงานและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการทำงาน
7. สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ
8. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
