• Provide legal advice, review, and prepare commercial/project contracts in relation to investments and transactions in energy business to protect the company’s legal and business interests.
• Providing advice on all legal aspects regarding energy project investments (Development of Greenfields and Brownfields, M&A, due diligence), in Thailand, Asia-Pacific and, as the need may arise, beyond.
• Drafting, reviewing, revising legal contracts, letter of agreements or legal documentation.
• Drafting and reviewing project contracts to ensure optimal benefits to the company.
• Advising solutions to complicated legal contractual issues.
• Advising project teams to ensure compliance with project terms and conditions in relation to energy project.
• Providing effective contractual risk management and promoting the company’s interests.
• Developing, maintaining, coordinating, including negotiating and interfacing with internal departments (BD, Finance etc.) and external parties who are related to the company business.
• Proving legal advice to ensure that the company’s business development activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Master’s degree in law.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in business/transaction law practice.
• Experience in an international law firm or a multinational energy company would be an advantage.
• Excellence in English, both speaking and writing with minimum 700 TOEIC is required.
• Interpersonal, Organization and communication skills and time management.
