• วิเคราะห์และศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการลงทุน (Project Feasibility Study)
• จัดทำแบบจำลองทางการเงินและประเมินผลตอบแทนการลงทุนโดยใช้เครื่องมือ เช่น NPV, IRR, Payback Period
• รวบรวมข้อมูลทางการเงิน ข้อมูลตลาด และข้อมูลอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อประกอบการวิเคราะห์
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงและโอกาสที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อโครงการลงทุน
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและให้คำแนะนำด้านการเงิน

• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในงานวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ หรือการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน
• อายุ 31-35 ปี
• มีความเข้าใจและสามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน เช่น NPV, IRR, Payback Period ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความสามารถในการจัดทำแบบจำลองทางการเงิน (Financial Modeling)
• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกและสามารถนำเสนอข้อมูลได้อย่างชัดเจน
• มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์และสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือพัฒนาธุรกิจการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
