• วางแผน ควบคุม กำกับดูแล และตรวจสอบงานทุกแผนก ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท
• บริหารจัดการการผลิต ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพและปริมาณ พร้อมรายงานผล
• ควบคุมและแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต ร่วมกับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการผลิต ประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร (OEE) เสนอผู้บริหาร
• บริหาร พัฒนาทักษะ และประเมินผลงานพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตและช่างเทคนิค
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารและระบบงานทุกส่วน
• วางแผน แก้ปัญหา และพัฒนาระบบงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
• ควบคุมงบประมาณของแต่ละฝ่ายให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
• บริหารโครงการโรงงาน ขยายกำลังผลิต ปรับปรุงสาธารณูปโภค
• ร่วมงานกับคณะทำงานอื่นๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• ปฏิบัติงานที่โรงงาน บางมด พระราม 2 
• ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม, การบริหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความกระตือรือร้น รับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
• ซื่อสัตย์ มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบ คล่องตัว ละเอียดรอบคอบ
• แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีภาวะผู้นำ ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
