Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online sales strategies and digital marketing activities.
• Develop and manage partnerships with bank partners to create business opportunities and drive online sales performance.
• Coordinate with Head Office to execute local tactical fare promotions on the website.
• Create, translate, and publish website content and online promotional materials.
• Coordinate with Head Office to handle and respond to customer complaints and related cases.
• Prepare weekly reports and support other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Male / Female, Thai nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field. (A bachelor's degree in Marketing will be an advantage.)
• 1–2 years of experience in Airline, Online Sales, E-Commerce, or related fields will be advantage.
• Be fluent in speaking and writing English (TOEIC 550 or above).
• (If any) Knowledge of Chinese will be advantage (HSK 4 or above).
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
• Computer literacy is a must.
