Responsibilities
- วางแผนและออกแบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมด้านการขายประกันชีวิต/ประกันทั่วไป ให้เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มพนักงานขาย
- จัดการฝึกอบรมพนักงานขาย ทั้งในรูปแบบการอบรมเบื้องต้น (New Hire Training) และการพัฒนาต่อยอด (Refresher/Advanced Training)
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้เรื่องผลิตภัณฑ์ประกัน ขั้นตอนการขาย เทคนิคการนำเสนอ และการปิดการขาย
- สอนทักษะการสื่อสาร การบริการลูกค้า และการจัดการข้อโต้แย้ง (Objection Handling)
- ประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม และให้ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงพัฒนา (Coaching & Feedback)
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลการขายของพนักงาน เพื่อปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานผลการฝึกอบรม เสนอผู้บริหาร/ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการขาย และงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด การประกันภัย หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายประกัน หรือการเป็นวิทยากร/เทรนเนอร์ อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันชีวิต/ประกันทั่วไป และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจที่ดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมนำเสนอ และเครื่องมือฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ได้
- มีความคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ และสามารถปรับวิธีการสอนให้เหมาะกับผู้เรียนแต่ละกลุ่ม
- หากมีใบอนุญาตตัวแทนประกันชีวิต/วินาศภัย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Job Summary
ในบทบาทเจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรมนี้ คุณจะได้มีส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพพนักงานขายประกันชีวิตและประกันทั่วไป โดยรับผิดชอบตั้งแต่การวางแผนและออกแบบหลักสูตรให้เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย คุณจะได้จัดการฝึกอบรมทั้งพนักงานใหม่และหลักสูตรต่อยอดความรู้ โดยถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันภัย กระบวนการขาย เทคนิคการนำเสนอ และการปิดการขาย รวมถึงทักษะการสื่อสาร การบริการลูกค้า และการจัดการข้อโต้แย้งที่สำคัญ คุณจะต้องประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ให้คำแนะนำเชิงพัฒนา และวิเคราะห์ผลการขายเพื่อปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง นอกจากนี้ คุณจะได้จัดทำรายงานผลการฝึกอบรมและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการขาย เพื่อส่งเสริมความสำเร็จของทีมงาน
