Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)
- วางแผนและดำเนินการสรรหาพนักงานขายทางโทรศัพท์ (Telesales / Call Center Sales) ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายอัตรากำลังขององค์กร
- คัดเลือกผู้สมัครตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการคัดกรองเรซูเม่ สัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น ไปจนถึงการประสานงานสัมภาษณ์กับผู้จัดการหน่วยงาน
- เข้าใจลักษณะงานขายเชิงโทรศัพท์ เช่น การทำยอดขาย การทำงานเป็นกะ KPI และแรงกดดันด้านผลงาน เพื่อคัดเลือกผู้สมัครให้เหมาะสม
- ใช้ช่องทางการสรรหาที่หลากหลาย เช่น Job Portal, Social Media, การแนะนำพนักงาน (Referral) และฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัคร
- จัดทำรายงานสถานะการสรรหา (Recruitment Report) และวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของแต่ละช่องทางการรับสมัคร
- ดูแลประสบการณ์ผู้สมัคร (Candidate Experience) ให้เป็นไปอย่างมืออาชีพและเป็นบวกต่อภาพลักษณ์องค์กร
- ทำงานร่วมกับ Hiring Manager อย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อเข้าใจความต้องการบุคลากรและปรับกลยุทธ์การสรรหาให้เหมาะสม
- สนับสนุนกระบวนการ Onboarding สำหรับพนักงานขายใหม่
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Qualifications)
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Recruitment อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี โดยเฉพาะการสรรหาสาย Sales, Telesales หรือ Call Center
- เข้าใจโครงสร้างทีมขาย ยอดเป้า (Target/KPI) และลักษณะพนักงานขายเชิงโทรศัพท์เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการสัมภาษณ์เชิงพฤติกรรม (Behavioral Interview) และการประเมินศักยภาพผู้สมัคร
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดเวลาเร่งด่วนได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- ใช้เครื่องมือสรรหาออนไลน์และ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
