Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการการจัดซื้อจัดหาสินค้าและบริการที่จำเป็นสำหรับสำนักงาน
- ค้นหา ประเมิน และคัดเลือกผู้ขาย รวมถึงจัดทำและเปรียบเทียบใบเสนอราคา
- เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขการค้า ราคา และกำหนดการส่งมอบกับผู้ขาย
- จัดทำเอกสารการจัดซื้อ เช่น ใบขออนุมัติจัดซื้อ (PR) และใบสั่งซื้อ (PO)
- ติดตามสถานะใบสั่งซื้อและประสานงานกับผู้ขายเพื่อให้มั่นใจการส่งมอบที่ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการจัดซื้อและประสานงานกับทีมการเงินเพื่อดำเนินการชำระเงิน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ โลจิสติกส์ ซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดซื้อ จัดหา หรือธุรการอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการจัดซื้อ การเปรียบเทียบราคา และการประสานงานกับผู้ขาย
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Word และ Excel
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
- สามารถใช้ระบบ ERP หรือระบบจัดซื้อ ได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดีขึ้นไป
