Responsibilities
1. Provide IT consultancy, design suitable IT and Software solutions for customer
2. Get requirement, analyze business flows and details
3. Examine and evaluate current systems
4. Research and find out a suitable solution.
5. Design effective use-cases for software development team
6. Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
7. Prepare document and related IT technologies
8. Work with sales team/vendor/partner to provide an IT Solution.
9. Support and work with other members and teams
10. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
Qualifications
1. Thai nationality, male or female
2. Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
3. Experiences in information technology, implementation, support or consulting
4. Disciplined, responsible and self-motivated.
5. Love to learn and dedicate to work
6. Good problem-solving attitude and service mind are required.
7. Good presentation and communication skills
8. Flexible in working time, be able to work under pressure and time constraints
9. Experience working with vendor support teams will be advantage.
10. Experience in managed IT services or enterprise environment will be advantage.
11. Good command in English, communication skill will be advantage.
