Responsibilities
• Provide IT consultancy, design and IT solutions
• Get requirement, analyze business flow and provide suitable IT Solution
• Prepare document and related IT technologies
• Work with sales team/vendor/partner to provide an IT Solution.
• Research and find a suitable solution.
• Support IT cases
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer network and system troubles
Qualifications
• Thai nationality, male or female
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experiences in information technology, implementation, support or consulting
• Familiar with Server, Storage and enterprise network will be advantage
• Disciplined, responsible and self-motivated.
• Good Interpersonal skills and service mind are required.
• Experience working with vendor support teams will be advantage.
• Experience in managed IT services or enterprise environment will be advantage.
• Presentation skills are a plus.
• Experience with VMware, Windows Server and Linux server will be advantage
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet or others will be advantage
• Flexible in working time
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
• Good command in English, communication skill will be advantage.
