Responsibilities

  • Continuously learn about technology, software solutions, and industry trends
  • Gain a strong understanding of company products, solutions, use cases, and pricing
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Analyze customer needs and provide solution-based consultation
  • Present and demonstrate products or solutions to prospective and existing clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Technical, Product, and Support to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and update customer information in CRM or internal systems
  • Attend customer meetings and travel to customer sites as required

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Executive, Sales, Business Development, or related roles
  • Experience in B2B sales, solution-based sales, or software/IT services is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and propose appropriate solutions
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office
  • Experience using CRM or sales management tools is a plus
