Responsibilities
• Plan and execute online marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate business opportunities
• Manage and oversee the company's online media channels, such as the website, Facebook, and other digital marketing channels
• Create and publish content related to technology, products, and services in line with the target customer base
• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and lead generation
• Coordinate with the Business Development, Sales, and system development teams to produce promotional materials and support sales efforts
• Analyze the performance of campaigns and online marketing channels, and prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Keep the company website's content up to date and support SEO efforts to increase website visibility
• Monitor trends in digital marketing, AI marketing, and new technologies to apply to the company's products and services
• Support the organization of marketing activities, seminars, trade shows, and PR events, both online and offline
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or online marketing
• Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and online advertising management
• Able to use marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or related tools
• Basic design software skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) will be given special consideration
• Strong Thai content writing skills, with working-level English communication ability
• Creative, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work well within a team
• Experience marketing Software, SaaS, AI, Cloud, or IT Solutions businesses will be given special consideration
