Responsibilities

- Research raw material about construction assigned.

- Research and compare supplier / contact with supplier.

-  Follow the boss to meetings with partner, clients, supplier and visits.

- Prepare and submit sales reports, client visit reports, and performance summaries to superiors.

- Plan and schedule client visits on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Negotiate sales terms, manage contracts, prepare quotations, and close deals to achieve company targets.

- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and competitors to adapt sales strategies.

- Other tasks assigned



Qualifications

- Age :    not over 32 years

- Communicates well in English. (Foreign executives Japanese)

- Has computer skills MS.

- Educational :    high vocational certificate, Bachelor's degree 

- Good personality

Working hours:       09:00 – 18:00 (12:00 – 13:00 lunch break)
Working days:         Monday – Friday (Saturday, Sunday & Thai National Holidays are holidays)
