ธุรกิจ : บริษัทชั้นนำในการบริหารจัดการ ตึก อาคาร สำนักงาน ศูนย์การค้า คอนโดมิเนียม และนิติบุคคล
สถานที่ทำงาน : สถานศึกษา ถ.ราชวิถี เขตดุสิต กรุงเทพ
เงินเดือน : 18,000 บาท (ตามประสบการณ์)
วันทำงาน : 6 วัน / สัปดาห์ สลับวันหยุด (สถานศึกษาเปิดทุกวันไม่มีวันหยุด) สามารถหมุนกะได้ กะเช้า 7.00 – 14.30 /กะบ่าย 14.30 - 22.00
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแลและดำเนินการซ่อมแซมหรือตรวจสอบระบบสาธารณูปโภคของอาคารสถานที่ (ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปรับอากาศ, ระบบประปา, สระว่ายน้ำ)
- ดูแลด้าน M&E ของอาคาร
- งาน Renovate พื้นที่
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช-ปวส โยธา, ไฟฟ้า, หรือช่างกล
- มีทักษะประสบการณ์งานช่างซ่อมบำรุง ซ่อมแซมระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และแอร์ อย่างน้อน 1-2 ปี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind)
