Responsibilities
Business : Leading company to provide loss adjustment services
Location : Sathorn, Bangkok
Salary : 20,000 – 30,000THB. (Based on experience)
Business Day : Mon – Fri
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide intermediate services as a survey company in claiming (the claim between insurance companies and policyholders)
- Collect data and investigate site, the facts of claim, premises of loss, especially the loss concerned legal practice
- Assess the damages for Insurance companies and conduct legal liability
- Write full and detailed reports for insurers, including recommendations for settlement
- Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, policyholders, engineers and other parties to reach an equitable settlement
- Estimate the damage which is covered by insurance policies and calculate payments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Strong investigative, analytical, and fact-finding skills
- Knowledge of legal principles, liability assessment, and insurance practices
- Good command of English, particularly in reading, writing, and report preparation
- Have driving license (not necessary to have own car)
- Able and willing to travel upcountry for site inspections and claim investigations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prepare clear, comprehensive, and well-structured reports
