Responsibilities
- Manage overall finance and accounting activities.
- Set KPIs for both the department and individual team members, and develop and monitor progress toward achieving targets.
- Prepare weekly P&L forecasts (including presenting to top management on a weekly basis), monthly closing, monthly packages, and annual reports.
- Budget control, expenditure control, including cost reduction initiatives and cash flow management.
- Review the accuracy of accounting transactions to ensure compliance accounting policies and procedures, TFRS, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Liaise with Internal Auditors, Third-Party Auditors, and Sox Auditors.
- Prepare CIT filings, including CIT 51 and CIT 50.
- Provide training to improve the professional skills of the team.
- Ensure team members adhere to company rules and regulations.
- Educate and monitor subordinates in handling 6S and ISO management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Holder of a valid CPD license.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.
- Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, and reading).
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in P&L forecasting, costing, and taxation.
- Proven leadership, teamwork, and management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of pivot tables
- Highly adaptable and able to perform effectively under pressure
