Responsibilities
- Manage the team to monitor, analyze, and report performance results, and coordinate with the Sales team for strategy development and execution.
- Manage the team to support Sales with data analysis reports and marketing activities.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales activities and performance, standard operating procedures (SOP), and new products and services (including system improvements).
- Prepare reports and presentation materials, and conduct training sessions as assigned.
- Support the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan.
- Coordinate with related parties and collaborate with management as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in business or financial strategic planning.
- Experience in auto leasing or rental car businesses is an advantage.
- Business-level English proficiency in both writing and speaking (TOEIC score of 700 or above).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance, market conditions, competitive landscape, and future forecasts.
- Good logical, analytical, and creative thinking skills for new product development and implementation.
- Positive attitude, proactive work style, ability to multitask, and fast learner.
