Responsibilities
- Coordinate with shipping companies/freight forwarders, the Supply Chain Department, intercompany teams, and foreign suppliers for all import and export activities.
- Prepare and submit required reports to Customs at the Free Zone/BOI in a timely manner.
- Cooperate with Customs and BOI during regular audits.
- Ensure the company complies with Free Zone and BOI regulations for all import/export items and raw material stock-in/stock-out transactions.
- Ensure all records and documentation for local purchases and import/export items comply with BOI and Free Zone regulations.
- Coordinate with local suppliers and prepare customs documentation for local purchases with zero percent VAT.
- Prepare export documents, including invoices and packing lists, with descriptions in the Thai language.
- Send export documentation to shipping companies.
- Coordinate with Stores and provide all necessary shipping documentation to prepare shipments.
- Update Syteline and post transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in export/import with a freight forwarding company or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, including Free Zone and BOI compliance, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
- Good English language skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask with a positive attitude and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
- Detail-oriented and careful with paperwork.
- Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to start work immediately will be advantage.
