Responsibilities
- Supervise and control daily production operations, focusing on mixing and blending processes.
- Monitor and control key process parameters such as viscosity, temperature, mixing ratio, and mixing time.
- Ensure product quality and consistency throughout the production process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality systems, and safety regulations.
- Support machine maintenance and ensure equipment readiness for production.
- Analyze production performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Manage and lead production teams, including manpower planning and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in production/manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in mixing / blending processes (e.g., chemical, food, color, or related industries).
- Strong understanding of process parameters such as viscosity, temperature, ratio, and mixing time.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, or related quality standards.
- Able to work in shift rotation (12-hour shift).
