Responsibilities
- Manage a large-scale ERP migration project for the group company (main priority).
- Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Monitor project progress, including plan vs. actual performance.
- Coordinate resources across the IS team, external development vendors, and users.
- Maintain strong relationships with users and key stakeholders.
- Make project decisions and provide direction on behalf of the supervisor.
- Identify potential risks and propose cost-reduction strategies.
- Initially focus exclusively on managing the ERP migration project.
- Manage the IS Application Team under the direction of the IS General Manager (Thai).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a System Engineer, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
- TOEIC score of 700 or above, or equivalent English proficiency
- Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP migration projects within a group company environment
