Responsibilities
Communicate within company group, customers, and service providers
Receive orders and forecasts from customers and coordinate with factories
Monitor order and shipping status to prevent shortages
Coordinate between Sales and Customer Support Division
Communicate with factories for shipment plans
Communicate with customers to meet delivery requirements
Handle customer support documentation and reporting
Manage activities related to ISO/IATF
Travel to customers or factories as necessary
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in Automotive field
Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel)
Good command of English, TOEIC score over 600
Knowledge of Import/Export and Customs clearance
Experience in OEM ordering and/or Logistics
Experience with ERP (QAD) system is an advantage
Experience working with freight forwarders is an advantage
Experience in automotive OEM or related background
Seeking long-term career with motivation to become a Sales Representative
Patient, polite, amicable, able to work under pressure, hardworking, responsible, friendly, proactive
