Responsibilities
Drive Company's field execution across General Trade and Pet Specialty channels, ensuring products are visible, available, and well-presented at store level. Expand distribution and secondary sales through direct store coverage, working alongside distributor sales teams. Generate first-hand store, shelf, and competitor data to support Thailand's transition to a brand-led commercial model.
- Conduct regular store visits across assigned General Trade and Pet Specialty accounts.
- Expand product distribution and secondary sales in existing and new stores.
- Execute Perfect Store standards: shelf share, display, pricing, and POSM compliance.
- Carry out in-store merchandising and ensure planogram compliance.
- Gather and report competitor pricing, activity, and promotions.
- Support and coordinate joint store calls with distributor sales representatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with store owners/managers to strengthen instore present.
- Track and report store-level KPIs, escalating out-of-stock, pricing, or execution issues to the Sales/Trade Marketing team.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, merchandising, or retail execution.
- FMCG experience or Pet Food Industry preferred.
- Willing to travel extensively for daily store visits across the assigned territory.
- Own vehicle and driving license preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and in-store negotiation skills.
- Basic reporting skills (mobile data collection tools, Excel).
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant field experience will also be considered.
