1. รับเรื่องลูกค้าที่ติดต่อเข้ามาเพื่อประสานงาน ให้กับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ภายในองค์กร รวมถึง ฝ่ายบริการหลังการขาย
2. ให้บริการและให้ข้อมูลกับลูกค้า ตอบข้อซักถาม จัดการข้อร้องเรียน รวมถึงให้บริการข้อมูลข่าวสาร
3. วางแผนการจัดทำเอกสารบริการ ร่วมกับ Admin Service เพื่อวางแผนให้ฝ่ายบริการเข้าดำเนินการ
4. ติดตามแผนงานฝ่ายบริการอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อให้งานบริการ เป็นไปตามกำหนดวันเวลาเข้าบริการ
5. ประสานงานร่วมกับฝ่าย Admin service ฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายคลังสินค้าในการดูแลลูกค้า

1. สามารถพูดโต้ตอบภาษาอังกฤษ อ่านได้ สื่อสารได้
2. เพศชาย – หญิง อายุ 23-35 ปี วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ ปวส.
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริการหลังการขาย Call center / After sale service
4. มีใจรักในงานบริการ มีความรับผิดชอบ อดทน และขยัน มีทัศนคติที่ดี
5. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างดี พร้อมสนับสนุนทีมงาน ช่วยเหลือกันในการทำงาน
6. ทำงาน 8.30 – 17.30 ทำงานวันจันทร์ ถึงวันเสาร์ และมีวันหยุดพิเศษ
