Responsibilities
- บริหารและกำกับดูแลงานด้านกฎหมายของกลุ่มธุรกิจนิคมอุตสาหกรรม ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจและข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแล จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และเจรจาสัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการซื้อขายที่ดิน (Land Sale Agreement) และธุรกรรมด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์กับนักลงทุนทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- เจรจาและบริหารสัญญาทางธุรกิจกับ Investor, Joint Venture Partner และคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจ เพื่อปกป้องผลประโยชน์ของบริษัท
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่ผู้บริหารระดับสูง รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงทางกฎหมายที่อาจส่งผลต่อธุรกิจและโครงการลงทุน
- บริหารความเสี่ยงด้านกฎหมายของธุรกิจนิคมอุตสาหกรรม ครอบคลุมด้านที่ดิน การลงทุน การอนุญาตภาครัฐ สัญญา และข้อพิพาททางธุรกิจ
- ประสานงานและติดต่อหน่วยงานภาครัฐ รวมถึงหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินธุรกิจและโครงการของบริษัท
- กำกับดูแลให้การดำเนินธุรกิจเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ระเบียบ และข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บริหารจัดการและพัฒนาทีมกฎหมาย รวมถึงประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษากฎหมายภายนอก
- สนับสนุนผู้บริหารในการดำเนินงานเชิงกลยุทธ์ การลงทุน และการขยายธุรกิจทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขานิติศาสตร์ และมีใบอนุญาตว่าความจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมายธุรกิจ กฎหมายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรืองานกฎหมายในธุรกิจนิคมอุตสาหกรรม / พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ / โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน อย่างน้อย 10 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้าน Land Sale Agreement, Commercial Contract และการเจรจากับนักลงทุนต่างชาติ
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจนิคมอุตสาหกรรม การลงทุน BOI หรือการดำเนินธุรกิจกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง การบริหารความเสี่ยง และการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงธุรกิจแก่ผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมงานและทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งด้านการเจรจาและการจัดทำสัญญา
