Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมงานออกแบบตกแต่งภายในให้เป็นไปตาม Concept, มาตรฐาน และความต้องการ
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และจัดทำแบบก่อสร้าง (Shop Drawing) ให้มีความถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ประสานงานร่วมกับทีมสถาปัตย์ วิศวกร ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานออกแบบสามารถดำเนินการก่อสร้างได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดวัสดุ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ งาน Built-in และงานระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานตกแต่งภายใน
- ควบคุม Timeline งานออกแบบและงานเขียนแบบให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานโครงการ
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านงานออกแบบและงานหน้างานระหว่างดำเนินโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานก่อสร้างและความถูกต้องตามแบบก่อนส่งมอบงาน
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีม Interior Designer / Draftsman ให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ตามมาตรฐานบริษัท
- จัดทำ Presentation และนำเสนอแนวคิดงานออกแบบต่อผู้บริหาร
- ควบคุมงบประมาณด้านงานออกแบบและติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงแบบ (Variation) ของโครงการ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา Interior Design, Architecture หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านออกแบบตกแต่งภายในและควบคุมงานอย่างน้อย 5–10 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์จัดทำและตรวจสอบ Shop Drawing ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop หรือโปรแกรมออกแบบอื่น ๆ ได้
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมและบริหารโครงการได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ระยะเวลาที่กำหนดและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
