Responsibilities
• จัดทำ Dashboard และ Report ของงาน Recruitment เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของทีม HR และผู้บริหาร
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการสรรหา (Recruitment Metrics) เช่น Time to Fill, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate , KPI Score , Turnover Rate เป็นต้น
• ประสานงานร่วมกับฝ่ายพัฒนาระบบ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการสรรหาบุคลากรขององค์กร
• ค้นหา Insight และนำเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการสรรหา
• ร่วมพัฒนา Recruitment Strategy โดยอ้างอิงจากข้อมูลและแนวโน้มของตลาดแรงงาน
• ดูแลและบริหารจัดการข้อมูลในระบบ ATS หรือ HR System
• ประสานงานกับทีม Recruitment เพื่อยกระดับ Candidate Experience และ Recruitment Process.
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล สถิติ บริหารธุรกิจ Data Analytics หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ 1 - 3 ปี ด้าน Recruitment, HR Analytics , HRIS หรือ Data Analysis.
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Power Query)
• หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ Power BI หรือ HRIS / ATS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สื่อสาร และนำเสนอข้อมูลให้เข้าใจง่าย
• ชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
