Responsibilities
1.บันทึกรายการบัญชี AP AR GL ที่เกิดขึ้นเข้าระบบ Microsoft Dynamic AX
2.จัดทำเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้เรียกเก็บเงินค่าไฟฟ้า, ค่าไอน้ำ กับบริษัทฯ คู่ค้า
3.จัดทำเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับ ภาษี ค่าไฟฟ้า, ค่าไอน้ำ พร้อมแนบ เอกสารประกอบการรับเงิน
4.จัดทำเอกสารใบสั่งจ่ายเพื่อชำระหนี้ทางการค้าให้กับ Supplier ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน
5.จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ และภาษีขาย นำส่งกรมสรรพากร ตามกฏหมาย
6.จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย นำส่งกรมสรรพากร ตามกฏหมาย
7.จัดทำรายงานบัญชีคุมพิเศษหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
8.จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบบัญชีย่อย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่และผู้มีประสบการณ์)
- ใช้ Microsoft office เช่น Excel ได้
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ เป็นคนช่างสังเกต
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ 0-5 ปี
