Responsibilities
งานมี 2 ประเภท ได้แก่
-พนักงานการเงิน รับจ่าย
• ดูแลการรับ-จ่ายเงิน และธุรกรรมการโอนเงินของบริษัท
• ติดตามและประสานงานด้านเจ้าหนี้-ลูกหนี้
• บริหารเงินทดรองจ่าย และตรวจสอบเอกสารการเงิน
• จัดทำและติดตาม Cash Flow รวมถึงรายงานทางการเงินเบื้องต้น
• ตรวจสอบ Bank Statement และรายการเคลื่อนไหวทางการเงิน
• จัดทำเอกสารภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
• ควบคุมและจัดเก็บเอกสารการชำระเงินให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
-พนักงานการเงินส่วนกลาง
• บริหารจัดการสินเชื่อเงินกู้ระยะยาว
• ควบคุมและต่ออายุสัญญา L/G ของกลุ่มบริษัทฯ
• จัดทำคำขอและรายงานการออกหนังสือค้ำประกัน/สนับสนุนทางการเงิน
• ดูแลเอกสารเงินปันผลของกลุ่มบริษัทฯ เอกสารเงินกู้ยืมระหว่างบริษัท ติดตามการชำระเงินคืน
• เปิด-ปิดบัญชีธนาคาร /อัพเดตอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนประจำวัน
• อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาการเงินและการธนาคาร หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่และผู้มีประสบการณ์
- มีความรู้เรื่อง งบการเงิน Cash Flow การเงินพื้นฐาน
- ทำงานยืดหยุ่นได้ ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบริหารเวลาได้ดี
- สามารถ ย้ายสถานที่ทำงานในอนาคตได้
