Responsibilities
- ควบคุม ดูแล และบริหารจัดการกระบวนการผลิตในส่วนงาน SAW Line และ CTS รวมถึงประสานงานด้านการติดตั้ง การซ่อมบำรุง และการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ รวมถึงการปรับปรุงผังการผลิต (Line Layout) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน เพิ่มอัตราผลผลิต (Yield) และลดความสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิต
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด พร้อมวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำและยกระดับคุณภาพการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ควบคุมการใช้งานเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในกระบวนการผลิตให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด สอดคล้องกับหลักวิศวกรรม มาตรฐานความปลอดภัย และข้อกำหนดขององค์กร
- ดูแลและบริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลังให้มีความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเพียงพอต่อการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงสนับสนุนการจัดเตรียมสินค้าเพื่อการส่งออกให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและกำหนดเวลา
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, อุตสาหการ, เคมี หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0-4 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องจักรในโรงงาน กระบวนการผลิต และการออกแบบคลังสินค้า
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft word, Excel ได้
