Responsibilities
- ควบคุม ดูแล และติดตามกระบวนการผลิตในโรงไม้ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต มาตรฐานคุณภาพ และเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต (Process Improvement) รวมถึงออกแบบและปรับปรุงผังสายการผลิต (Production Line Layout) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ลดต้นทุน และลดความสูญเสีย (Waste)
- ควบคุมและติดตามประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และระบบการผลิต พร้อมวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- วางแผนและประสานงานการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร (Preventive Maintenance: PM) และ (Corrective Maintenance: CM)
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต เช่น Productivity, Yield, Downtime, OEE และของเสีย
- จัดทำ ปรับปรุง และควบคุมเอกสารระบบงาน เช่น Work Instruction (WI), Standard Process Instruction (SPI), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), แบบฟอร์ม และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการผลิต
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, อุตสาหการ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0-4 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องจักรในโรงงาน กระบวนการผลิต และวัตถุดิบ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft word, Excel ได้
