Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบงานสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร (Talent Acquisition) แบบ End-to-End Recruitment ครอบคลุมการวางแผนอัตรากำลัง การประกาศรับสมัคร การคัดกรองผู้สมัคร การสัมภาษณ์ การเจรจาข้อเสนอ การจัดทำสัญญาจ้าง และการติดตามพนักงานเริ่มงาน
- ประสานงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการแต่ละหน่วยงานเพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการกำลังคน ให้คำปรึกษาด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล และวางแผนการสรรหาให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- จัดทำและบริหาร Manpower Planning รวมถึงติดตามและอัปเดตอัตรากำลัง (Headcount) และโครงสร้างองค์กร (Organization Chart: OC) ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน พร้อมควบคุมอัตรากำลังให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่กำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการสรรหา เช่น Manpower Report, Recruitment Status และ KPI เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
- สนับสนุนงานด้าน Employee Relations (ER) โดยประสานงานกิจกรรมสร้างความสัมพันธ์พนักงาน กิจกรรมองค์กร และส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน (Employee Engagement)
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์, สาขาจิตวิทยา หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 5 - 10 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านนิคมอุตสาหกรรม หรือ ธุรกิจก่อสร้าง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี (Word, Excel, Google sheet)
