Responsibilities
1. บริหารงานขนส่ง
- วางแผนและควบคุมการดำเนินงานด้านขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- บริหารการจัดรถ เส้นทาง และทรัพยากรให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- ควบคุมต้นทุนการขนส่ง พร้อมพัฒนาแนวทางลดต้นทุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
2. บริหารและการสร้างรายได้จากเที่ยวขากลับ
- วางแผนและผลักดันการสร้างรายได้จากเที่ยวขากลับ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและลูกค้าเพื่อหาโอกาสรับงานขากลับ
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเส้นทางเพื่อเพิ่มอัตราการใช้รถ (Fleet Utilization)
- ลดอัตราการวิ่งรถเปล่า (Empty Miles)
3. บริหารทีมงาน
- บริหารทีมงานขนส่งและหัวหน้างาน
- พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร
- สร้างระบบ KPI และติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน
4. บริหารด้านความปลอดภัยในการขนส่ง
- กำหนดนโยบายและมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยในการขนส่ง เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุและความเสียหาย
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของอุบัติเหตุ (Root Cause Analysis) และกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ
- ติดตามและผลักดันการลดอัตราการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ (Accident Rate)
- ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมด้านความปลอดภัย (Safety Culture) ให้กับพนักงานขับรถและทีมงาน
- วางแผนและกำกับดูแลการฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย การขับขี่เชิงป้องกัน (Defensive Driving) และการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายจราจร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาโลจิสติกส์ บริหารธุรกิจ วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านขนส่งหรือโลจิสติกส์ 8–10 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้าน Fleet Management, Route Planning และ Transportation Management
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารต้นทุนการขนส่ง
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการจัดทำรายงาน
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถประสานงานกับหลายหน่วยงานได้ดี
