Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
- วางแผน ควบคุม และดำเนินงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพ (Quality Assurance: QA) และการควบคุมคุณภาพ (Quality Control: QC) ของโครงการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานติดตั้งระบบเครื่องกล ระบบไฟฟ้า และระบบเครื่องมือวัด (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) ให้เป็นไปตามแบบก่อสร้าง (Drawing) ข้อกำหนดทางวิศวกรรม (Specification) และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามการดำเนินงานในช่วง Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning และ Testing ของระบบต่าง ๆ ภายในโรงไฟฟ้า
- จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และติดตามเอกสารด้านคุณภาพ เช่น Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Method Statement, Inspection Report, Test Report และเอกสารส่งมอบงาน (Handover Documentation)
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของผลการทดสอบ การเดินระบบ และการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ (Performance Test) ก่อนการส่งมอบงาน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรม ฝ่ายก่อสร้าง ฝ่าย Commissioning ผู้รับเหมา และเจ้าของโครงการ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
- จัดทำและติดตามรายงานข้อบกพร่อง (Non-Conformance Report: NCR) รวมถึงติดตามการดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกัน (Corrective & Preventive Action)
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมเอกสารรับรองคุณภาพ ใบรับรองการสอบเทียบ (Calibration Certificate) และเอกสารการตรวจสอบต่าง ๆ
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องมือวัด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA/QC อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในโครงการโรงไฟฟ้า โรงงานอุตสาหกรรม หรือโครงการ EPC
- มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Commissioning, Pre-Commissioning หรือ Testing จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (QA/QC) และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ISO 9001, ASME, ASTM, API, IEC, IEEE เป็นต้น
- สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม (Drawing), P&ID, Single Line Diagram และเอกสารทางเทคนิคได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการประสานงาน การวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และการจัดทำเอกสาร
