Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร (End-to-End Talent Acquisition) ตั้งแต่การวางแผนอัตรากำลัง การประกาศรับสมัคร การคัดกรองผู้สมัคร การสัมภาษณ์ การเจรจาข้อเสนอ การจัดทำสัญญาจ้าง และการติดตามพนักงานเริ่มงาน
- ประสานงานกับผู้จัดการแต่ละหน่วยงานเพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการกำลังคน ให้คำปรึกษาด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล และวางแผนการสรรหาให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายองค์กร
- จัดทำและบริหารจัดการ Manpower Planning รวมถึงติดตามและอัปเดตอัตรากำลัง (Headcount) และโครงสร้างองค์กร (Organization Chart) ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน พร้อมควบคุมอัตรากำลังให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่กำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการสรรหา เช่น Manpower Report, Recruitment Status และ KPI เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
- สนับสนุนงานด้าน Employee Relations (ER) โดยประสานงานกิจกรรมสร้างความสัมพันธ์พนักงาน กิจกรรมองค์กร และส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน (Employee Engagement)
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์, จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3 – 10 ปีในงานสรรหาบุคลากร หากมีประสบการณ์สรรหาบุคลากรในธุรกิจ B2B จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) และ Google Sheets ได้เป็นอย่างดี
