Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate foreign employee hiring, encompassing document preparation, Visa and Work Permit applications, and renewals.
- Liaise with government agencies, Visa and Work Permit service providers, and relevant parties to ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and applicant tracking databases.
- Support employer branding initiatives and optimize sourcing channels for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Adaptability to change and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Direct experience or knowledge in Visa, Work Permit, Non-Immigrant Visa, BOI Visa, or expatriate document processing is a plus.
