Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, preferably within the construction, engineering, or EPC industry, or experience recruiting specifically for engineering positions.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and applicant tracking databases.
- Support employer branding initiatives and optimize sourcing channels for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Adaptability to change and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
