Responsibilities
สรรหาและคัดเลือกพื้นที่ที่มีศักยภาพสำหรับการพัฒนาโครงการของกลุ่มบริษัท
สำรวจพื้นที่จริง พร้อมวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพด้านทำเล การใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน และข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่
ประสานงานเจ้าของที่ดิน นายหน้า หน่วยงานราชการ และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จัดทำฐานข้อมูลที่ดิน แผนที่ GIS และรายงานวิเคราะห์เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ (Feasibility Study) ทั้งด้านทำเล ต้นทุน และศักยภาพเชิงพาณิชย์
อื่นๆตามได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา ภูมิศาสตร์, ภูมิสารสนเทศ (GIS) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Site Acquisition, Land Acquisition, Project Development, Business Development หรือ GIS จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะโปรแกรม GIS เช่น ArcGIS, QGIS
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว สามารถเดินทางลงหน้างานได้
