Responsibilities
- ลงบันทึกบัญชี รายการบัญชีที่เกิดขึ้น พร้อมเอกสารประกอบการลงบัญชี
- ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน ตั้งค่าใช้จ่ายคงค้าง และออกใบแจ้งหนี้
- จัดทำเอกสารตั้งเบิกและเอกสารการจ่ายเงิน
- ควบคุมทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน ค่าเสื่อมราคา และการเคลื่อนไหวของสินทรัพย์
- จัดทำรายการกระทบยอดเงินสด เงินฝากธนาคาร และบัญชี AR, AP, GL
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการบันทึกบัญชีของทีมงาน
- จัดทำรายงานอายุลูกหนี้–เจ้าหนี้ และวิเคราะห์การตั้งสำรองหนี้สูญ
- จัดทำ Consolidation Worksheet และสนับสนุนการจัดทำงบการเงินรวมรายไตรมาส
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี
- มีความรู้ด้านบัญชี มาตรฐานการบัญชี กฎหมายที่จำเป็น และภาษี โครงสร้างผังบัญชี
- ระดับ Senior จะต้องมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4-5 ปี ขึ้นไป ในสายงาน
- เข้าใจการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office , Microsoft Dynamic AX2009, Mango ERP
