Responsibilities
- จัดทำและปรับปรุง Job Description (JD) และข้อมูลตำแหน่งงานของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำสัญญาจ้าง เอกสารเริ่มงาน และดูแลข้อมูลทะเบียนประวัติพนักงาน
- ดำเนินการและติดตาม การประเมินทดลองงาน (Probation)
- ตรวจสอบ Time Attendance, การลา, ขาด, มาสาย และ OT
- ดูแลและดำเนินการด้าน สวัสดิการ ประกันสังคม และสิทธิประโยชน์ ของพนักงาน
- ดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานด้าน HR เป็นไปตาม กฎหมายแรงงานล่าสุด กฎ ระเบียบ และข้อบังคับของบริษัท
- จัดเตรียมและจัดเก็บเอกสารด้านแรงงาน พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรม แรงงานสัมพันธ์และกิจกรรมพนักงาน
- จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลด้าน HR และปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขา การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์,จิตวิทยา,รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล กฎหมายแรงงาน / แรงงานสัมพันธ์ / กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารประสานงานที่ดี/ละเอียดและรอบคอบ/เรียนรู้เร็ว
