Responsibilities
1.ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมตามแผนงาน
2.การทำ PR แผนการฝึกอบรมหรือพัฒนาบุคลากร
3.การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ให้พนักงาน
4.ติดตามและประเมินผล ของผู้เรียนหรือหัวข้ออบรม
5.จัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ผลงานด้านต่างๆ เพื่อนำเสนอหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6.ติดต่อ ประสานงานฝึกอบรมทั้งภายนอกและภายในบริษัท
7.วางแผนพัฒนากระบวนการฝึกของกระบวนการโรงเรียน
8.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

2.อายุ 23-27 ปี
3.จบปริญญาตรี สาขารัฐศาสตร์ , รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ , การบริหารงานบุคคล , จิตวิทยา , ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เป็นต้น
4.ใจรักการบริการ ชอบจัดกิจกรรม ชอบพูดคุยกับคน ปรับตัวเข้ากับสถานการณ์ต่างๆได้ง่าย
5.สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี สามารถใช้ Vlook up ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
