Responsibilities
ลักษณะงานโดยรวม:
ควบคุม ดูแล และบริหารงานกระบวนการผลิตสีฝุ่น (Powder Coating) ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต มาตรฐานคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และเป้าหมายของบริษัท รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต และบริหารทีมงานในสายการผลิตให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- ควบคุมและดูแลกระบวนการผลิตสีฝุ่นให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิตให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต พร้อมหาแนวทางแก้ไขและป้องกัน
- ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดของเสีย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และลดต้นทุนการผลิต
- ควบคุมการใช้วัตถุดิบ เครื่องจักร และกำลังคนให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- ควบคุมและดูแลให้การทำงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย และระบบคุณภาพของบริษัท
- จัดทำรายงานผลการผลิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และติดตาม KPI ของหน่วยงาน
- วางแผนและพัฒนาทีมงาน รวมถึงอบรมพนักงานในสายการผลิต
- สนับสนุนโครงการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต (Continuous Improvement)
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมเคมี วิศวกรรมการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 5 - 10 ปีในสายงานวิศวกรฝ่ายผลิต หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตสีฝุ่น (Powder Coating) หรืออุตสาหกรรมสี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างาน / Supervisor อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการผลิต การควบคุมคุณภาพ และการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจ
- มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถบริหารทีมงานได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารเป้าหมายการผลิตได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office และจัดทำรายงานการผลิตได้
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Defect ของงาน Powder Coating และวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหา
ทำงาน : จันทร์ - ศุกร์ และ เสาร์เว้นเสาร์ ( 08.00 - 17.00น. )
