Responsibilities
- Communicate with production department, shipping, and freight forwarding, follow up the shipping process and ensure the smooth delivery of the goods
- Filing and finishing of daily export documents
- Answer questions related to business export
Office hours: Monday - Saturday 8.00 a.m. - 5.10 p.m.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree related fields
- New graduate are welcome.
- Experience of Freight Forwarder Business (Sea Freight) at least 1 year is plus.
- Operational skills: WORD, EXCEL and other office software
- Good command of English communication both speaking and writing
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to withstand stress and continuous work
