Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับสายเรือ ตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้า และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งออก
- จัดทำเอกสารการส่งออกที่จำเป็น เช่น ใบกำกับสินค้า, ใบแสดงรายการบรรจุภัณฑ์ และใบตราส่งสินค้า
- ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าและแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้าทราบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารและขั้นตอนการส่งออกให้เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบ
- บันทึกข้อมูลการส่งออกลงในระบบและจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีในสาขาโลจิสติกส์, การค้าระหว่างประเทศ, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานส่งออก 0-5 ปี (ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่)
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการและเอกสารการส่งออกพื้นฐาน
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำนักงานพื้นฐานได้ดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการเอกสารจำนวนมากได้
- หากมีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
