Responsibilities
- คำนวณเงินเดือนพนักงานอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน รวมถึง: เงินเดือนประจำค่าล่วงเวลา (OT) และสวัสดิการอื่น ๆ
- ตรวจสอบและจัดการข้อมูลการบันทึกเวลาการเข้า-ออกงานของพนักงาน (Attendance) จากระบบบันทึกเวลา เช่น เครื่องสแกนลายนิ้วมือหรือโปรแกรม Time Attendance
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขข้อมูลเวลาทำงานที่ผิดปกติ เช่น ขาด ลา มาสาย หรือ OT ที่ไม่ตรงกับระบบ
- ประสานงานกับผู้จัดการแผนกเพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลก่อนการจ่ายเงินเดือน
- ดูแลการบันทึกข้อมูลเงินเดือนและเวลาทำงานให้เป็นความลับ และอัปเดตข้อมูลตามนโยบายบริษัทหรือกฎหมายแรงงาน
- ให้คำแนะนำและตอบข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับเงินเดือนและเวลาทำงานแก่พนักงาน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree in related fields.
2.Have 1-5 years experience in human resource is preferred
3.Good command of English./Good command of Chinese. (HSK5 Up)
4.Excellent communication skills.
5.Good interpersonal skills.
6.Ability to work under pressure and deadline
7.Strong organizational and time management skills
8.Understanding of employment laws and regulations
