Responsibilities
- Submit data for import material under EEI privilege (5 shipment per a month).
- Submit data for import material under BOI privilege (300 shipment per a month).
- Submit data for import machine, mold and spare parts under BOI privilege (15 shipment per a month).
- Prepare and submit BOM of EEI (4 model).
- Prepare and submit BOM of BOI (70 model per a month).
- Prepare the detail import shipment monthly report.
- Monitor part number BOI and NON BOI.
- Cut stock material in EEI stock balance (200 invoice per a month).
- Other issue from assignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Good command of Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and translation).
- At least 1 year of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
- Able to translate from Chinese to Thai and communicate effectively in English.
