Responsibilities
- Review and assess legal aspects of insurance claims
- Analyze insurance policies, contracts, and relevant laws
- Prepare reports and provide legal opinions to insurers
- Coordinate with related parties and follow up cases untilcompletion.
- Visiting the site to investigate any damage regarding Liability case.
- Liaising with any other clients (Insurers) to negotiate the spread of liability
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's degree in laws
- Licensed attorney (Thai Bar Association) – strongly preferred.
- Experience in Law firms will be advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills will be advantages.
- Computer skill in MS Office, E-mail and Internet is a must.
- Strong spoken and written communication skill in English
- Having a driving license and able to drive.
