Responsibilities

  • Visit sites and investigate the facts of damage/loss
  • Gather and request evidence, information from related parties
  • Prepare documents/reports to clients and comply with company's guidelines and service standard
  • Organize the claim being in line with the terms of the insurance policy and/or agreement contract
  • Write reports for insurers or clients (in English) to present the claim’s validity and make a recommendation to conclude the claim
  • Review and verify information to determine coverage of damage/loss
  • Negotiate and commit to a settlement and move case to closure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering 
  • New Graduates are welcome. 
  • 1 -2 of practical engineering experience 
  • Good command of English (required) 
  • Have a driving license and able to drive (required)
  • Computer skill in MS Office and E-mail is a must
  • Self-discipline & punctual, 
  • Attention to details
