Responsibilities
- Handle corporate finance projects including IPO (mainly), financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises
- Assist in assessing potential deals, preparing pitch books and executing transactions, including conducting due diligence;
- Development of forward looking new business plans for clients and the maintenance of existing business relationships
- Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities
- Keep abreast of corporate development and related rules and policies
Office Hours : Mon -Fri ( 5 Days of Working)
Office Location : MRT Lumpini
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years' experience in execution of IB transactions with solid IB track records and possess FA license from SEC
- Able to execute various IB transactions from the beginning to completion, eg. debt and equity IPOs, property fund, equity-linked instruments
- Experience in managing and leading junior team members on deal structuring and execution process to meet the specified timelines
- Strong knowledge of SEC/SET rules and regulations and good analytical and financial modeling skills
