Responsibilities
- ออกแบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (Infrastructure) และ Pipeline ที่รองรับการ Deploy และ Operate ระบบ AI / LLM ในสภาพแวดล้อม Production ได้อย่างมีเสถียรภาพและปลอดภัย
- ปฏิบัติงานและควบคุมคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ และกรอบมาตรฐานด้าน AI Security, MLOps และ Responsible AI
- ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายอื่น ๆ
- พัฒนาและถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้าน AI Infrastructure และ MLOps
- ใช้ AI Tools ในการปฏิบัติงาน DevSecOps เช่น ใช้ LLM ช่วยวิเคราะห์ Log, ตรวจจับความผิดปกติ (Anomaly Detection), เขียน IaC และ Automate Security Scan
- ออกแบบและบังคับใช้มาตรการ AI Security ในระดับ Infrastructure เช่น การป้องกัน Prompt Injection, การจัดการ API Key ของ LLM อย่างปลอดภัย, Rate Limiting
- ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง และบริหารจัดการ MLOps / LLMOps Pipeline ครอบคลุม Model Serving, API Gateway สำหรับ LLM, Caching, Cost Monitoring
- จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำหรับระบบ AI เช่น AI Infrastructure Design, MLOps Pipeline Specification และ AI Security Checklist
Qualifications
- มีทัศนคติเชิงรุกในการเรียนรู้และนำ AI มาใช้ยกระดับกระบวนการ DevSecOps อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ไม่จำกัดสาขาวิชา หากอยู่ในสาย IT / Computer Science / Engineer จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นลำดับแรก
- คุ้นเคยกับการใช้ AI Tools ช่วยเขียน Script, วิเคราะห์ Log และ Automate งานซ้ำซาก (คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน)
- สามารถติดตั้ง/ตั้งค่า Server, Cloud Service, Database, Deployment, Monitoring โดยครอบคลุม Infrastructure สำหรับ AI เช่น GPU Instance, LLM API Gateway และ Vector Database
- มีความรู้การพัฒนา Web Application (Server/Client Script) และฐานข้อมูล SQL
- พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ:
- มีความรู้ด้าน OS, Network, HA, Load Balance, Docker, K8S, VM, Backup, VPN
- มีความรู้ด้าน MLOps / LLMOps เช่น จัดการ Model Serving (vLLM, Ollama), CI/CD Pipeline สำหรับ AI Application, A/B Testing, Monitoring Token Cost
- มีความรู้ด้าน AI Infrastructure Security เช่น จัดการ Credential ของ LLM, Zero-Trust Architecture, ป้องกัน Model Theft
- มีความรู้ด้าน Vector Database (pgvector, Pinecone ฯลฯ) และการออกแบบ Infrastructure สำหรับระบบ RAG
- มีความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ มาตรฐานคุณภาพ (CMMi, ISO27001)
- หากมีผลงานพัฒนา Infrastructure รองรับ AI Application ระดับ "ดีมาก" บริษัทจะพิจารณาผลตอบแทนเพิ่มเติม
- กรณีขาดคุณสมบัติบางข้อ ผู้สมัครสามารถเสนอทางเลือกใหม่ให้พิจารณาได้
