Wholesales Sales Coordinator - Sheep Gadget Co., Ltd.

Job Description

• Responsible for all Sales Documentation (Quotation, Invoice, Shipping, Reciepts and ETC.)
• Create and analyse weekly and monthly sales report
• Coordinate with B2B clients and partner companies regarding sales/accounting/vendor documentation
• Coordinate with B2B logistics and warehouses regarding stock / shipments / orders / tracking from start to finish
• Responsible for keeping project timeline within SLA
• Coordinate with internal teams in order to keep update on new data and products

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support or wholesales coordination
• New graduates with love for sales and coordination are welcome
• Experience with ERP / POS programs are highly preferred
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Extremely Teamwork and detail oriented
• Able to handle fast paced and dynamic environment
• Highly responsible to deadlines
• Able to work near MRT Ladprao
